The Civilian Secretariat for Police Service hereby acknowledges without prejudice comments by media on the non-availability of the two above mentioned bills on our website.

This is due to unforeseen technical glitches which lead to us not uploading the drafted bills on time and we want to profusely apologize for the inconvenienced caused.

We however want to assure both the members of the media and public that the bills will be uploaded on Monday the 24th of May 2021 on our website: www.policesecretariat.gov.za

Please note that our NEW website is currently under construction and upon completion, it will enable the members of the public to fully interact with the department.
