Feedback Session Response Plan
The Civilian Secretariat for Police Service in collaboration with South African Police Service will facilitate a response plan engagement as part of accountability exercise . The response plan seeks to
- To strengthen the working relationship between the community and the police.
- To improve police responsiveness and accountability as required by Batho Pele Principles.
- To improve the quality of the service provided by South African Police Service (SAPS) and empower the community.
- To restore police trust and enhance clients service satisfaction.
- To empower the community to actively participate in crime prevention initiatives
The department plays a crucial oversight role in facilitating post-event feedback session aimed at responding to community issues raised during Izimbizo and community engagements.
Participating in the engagement will be the CSPS, SAPS,Non-Government Organisation(NGO), Faith Based Organization, Taxi Industry Representative, Traditional Leaders and Community Policing Forum
